CBSA reports huge Chinese drug chemical seizure ahead of Carney-Xi meeting​Sean Boynton​

The seizure occurred in May at the Tsawwassen Container Examination Facility in B.C., but was reported by CBSA on Thursday — one day before Carney and Xi are set to meet.​ ​
