Over hundreds and even thousands of years the same nations that dictate how the world today functions, have been responsible for war crimes and crimes against humanity that have left millions dead. They have the audacity to point fingers calling for accountability feeling no shame to admit and compensate for their own crimes that continue under the same ideology but camouflaged by slogans that fit into modern thinking shaped by media and propaganda that they own and control. Money, power and politics have enabled many truths to be hidden and the efforts to increase flocks have been to cover the blood-soaked past by getting converts to absolve these white-washed crimes. That the historical killings have continued under different names can be seen by the present military interventions, invasion and occupation of lands in a replay and re-enactment of the Holy Crusades, Inquisitions, Discovery of already occupied lands and conversion drives. How many innocent people have been killed using God as an excuse? Racism, apartheid, class differences were all created as part of West’s divide and rule policies which continue unabated.
The 1st blood – the 9 Crusades – Military expeditions ordered by the Pope
The Holy Crusades initiated by Pope Urban II on 27 Nov 1096 to the 9th crusade in 1271 were all about recapturing the Holy Land from the Muslims and creating Jerusalem which took place in 1099. 5,000 knights, 30,000 foot soldiers are said to have taken part.
Essentially what needs to be remembered is that it was the Church that called for blood with the promise of indulgences for those who fought against the enemies of Christendom. The Holy Crusades took place in Palestine, Egypt, Spain, the Baltics, Italy, Sicily, Southern France and Syria making observers to wonder if the present is a repetition of history! 1,500,000 people were killed because of the Pope’s orders. Are the crusades another name for the present ‘just wars’!
The extermination of Pagans
No sooner than Christianity was made legal in 315, when pagan temples were destroyed and priests killed.. Between 315 and the 6th century, thousands of pagan believers were slain. Christian Emperor Theodosius (408-450) even had children executed, because they had been playing with remains of pagan statues. Emperor Karl (Charlemagne) in 782 had 4,500 Saxons, unwilling to convert to Christianity, beheaded. The Battle of Belgrad in 1456 witnessed 80,000 Turks slaughtered.
The Church extermination of witches
“Burning times” by Inkubus Sukkubus gives details of the Churches probably between 50,000 and 100,000 alleged witches were burned alive or hung, over a period of five centuries
1450: Johann Gutenberg invented moveable type which made mass printing possible. This enabled the wide distribution of Papal bulls and books on Witch persecution; the witch hunt was greatly facilitated
1484: Pope Innocent VIII issued a papal bull “Summis desiderantes” on DEC-5 which promoted the tracking down, torturing and executing of Satan worshipers.
Christians kill Jews
In the 4th and 5th centuries Jewish synagogues were burned by Christians. The number of Jews slain is unknown. During the 1st Crusade in 1096 close to 12,000 Jews were slain. In 1349 more than 350 towns in Germany were burned. In the same year 1492 that Colombus sailed for the Americas, more than 150,000 Jews were expelled from Spain. These moved to Protestant countries for safety and for keeping their wealth. They financed the Atlantic Slave trade and the Industrial Revolution was born.
The Inquisitions
The 1568 Spanish Inquisition Tribunal ordered extermination of 3 million rebels. Roughly 30,000 Protestants were slain in 17th century when Catholics sacked the city of Magdeburg/Germany. Poet Friedrich Schller writes “in a single church 50 women were found beheaded and infants still sucking the breasts of their lifeless mothers”. It was Francis Xavier who brought the Inquisition to India leading to thousands of deaths. He was rewarded with Sainthood and his criminal & murderous past forgiven. Another murderer was canonized in 1935 for burning heretics and reformers alive. He became Sir Thomas Moore.
Colonial crimes – enslavement, territory take over, theft of wealth, destruction of history, elimination of non-Christian religions in Africa, Asia, South America.
1455 Papal Bull Romanus Pontifex declared by the Pope permitted killing, forcible conversion and enslavement of non-believers and the right to take over these inhabited lands and claim them ‘discovered’ by Christian rulers. Columbus was a slave trader and Holy Crusader. “Discovery” of the New World was to take over lands and propagate Christianity. 2/3 of natives in America’s were killed by colonist-imported smallpox. The Indian Chief Hatuey fled with his people but were captured and burnt alive watched by Franciscan friars. The Christian West invented cruelties never seen before. By the time Columbus and others had finished 1/3 of the population had been killed and by 16th century 200,000 Spaniards had moved to the Americas.
Rudolph J Rummel estimates 14million Native Americans had been killed by Europeans in their quest to conquest and steal lands and spread Christianity by force. 150m Indians in both America’s are said to have been killed between 1500 to 1900 (smallpox, slavery, murder)!
Rummel also estimates 17million Africans to have been killed by Europeans.
By 1860s the native population of Hawaii had been reduced by 90% and the Christian Missionaries were proud of their role! Fast forward to 1940s when in Croatia extermination camps were run by Catholic Ustasha and the Pope was a regular visitor to these camps which were exclusively for children!
The Mayas, Incas and their history is no more thanks to the annihilation principles of the Church and the Portuguese. The same occurred to Native Indians in North America. Africa’s and Asia’s civilizational histories have been slowly extinguished and replaced with Western lifestyles that are dehumanizing people and creating psychologically deranged masses.
It was the Catholic lobby in Washington that pushed for US forces in Vietnam. They were called ‘Soldiers of Christ’ and responsible for placing Catholic dictator Ngo Dinh Diem at the helm denying food and aid to the majority Buddhists in Vietnam.
That was in the 1960s. Coming to 1994 it was Rwanda a small African country where hundreds and thousands of people were butchered. The role of Catholic clergy in these massacres are often kept hidden. But a newscast in Germany in 1996 stated “Anglican as well as Catholic priests and nuns are suspect of having actively participated in murders. Especially the conduct of a certain Catholic priest has been occupying the public mind in Rwanda’s capital Kigali for months. …he is reported to have accompanied marauding Hutu militia with a gun in his cowl.”
Whether there is a God or Jesus or not it is the teacher-heads of these organized religions that have been responsible for history’s killings. Wars and inhumanities have led to Christian killings of an estimated 17million people. The other killings include Hitler’s angst against the Jews, Stalin’s purging of 40m, killings during Mau’s rule, Cambodia to the recent killings in Ethiopia, Uganda, Rwanda, Sudan, Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya & now Syria in another Western inquisition to take over lands.
The West and the Church point fingers at others totally ignoring church policy that ignored child molesters and paedophile priests (11,750 US cases from 1950-2004), ignoring financial scandals, smuggling war criminals to South America during Hitler, Vatican City housed and protected Croatia’s Ustashi police – mass murderers, the murders of the inquisitions, the Church invented some of the heinous forms of torture, genocide of natives when Church ordered ‘Discovery of Lands’, Pope Pius XI signed the Lateran Treaty with Mussolini in 1929 affirming dictator’s rule and is no different to the manner puppet dictators function protected by Western Christian nations.
We seem to forget how Hitler invaded Yugoslavia and split Croatia as a Catholic state to reward the Vatican’s dreams of creating a Catholic state in the Balkans as a bulwark against Islam. Pavelic the designated leader was a convicted murderer but his goons and Catholic priests butchered with Orthodox Christians converted to Catholicism. In 4 years an estimated 600,000 people are said to have been killed and tens of millions looted from the Croatian people and deposited in the Vatican. Stepinac became a Cardinal and in 1998 his beautification took place by Pope John Paul II! Pavelic was on trial in Nuremberg but was transferred to the Vatican! Nazis were smuggled to Argentina by the Vatican. A book by Horace Verbitsky’s “El Silencio” details how the Catholic Church participated in the 1976-1983 dictatorship that murdered 30,000 people.
The Vatican’s ties with the mafia is linked to the secret Vatican bank where money laundering is conducted via the mafia, CIA and the Church.
CIA-Church links to the mind-control program, the car bombs in Northern Ireland in 1972 by Catholic priest James Chesney who was the Director of Operations in the IRA, the Catholic run ‘orphanages’ in Quebec where over 20,000 children suffered unimaginable horror (children whipped with chains, sexually assaulted, and subject to electric shocks) and used as lab-rats. The Canadian gov’t refused the request by some surviving children in 2004 to open the mass graves and as a cover-up the Canadian Gov’t agreed to pay compensation. In 1909 Dr. Peter Bryce claimed the church deliberately exposed native children to smallpox and tuberculosis in Canada.
We cannot forget over 500 years of criminalities and genocide practiced by the Church in partnership with Western governments. 80% of world population was reduced in a span of 200 years. Native children were abused, killed or indoctrinated. The secretive Catholic cult Opus Dei using scientology is being used to promote a fascist agenda and has an office in Sri Lanka too! The calls for women’s rights are just a whitewash, women have no place in Church ideology. The new trend for same sex marriages and gay rights is also a whitewash as can be seen when a Catholic priest openly announced he was gay and was immediately excommunicated recently by the present Pope!
We return to Europe where the Church is taking over Slovakia to create a new fascist stronghold and Slovakia has virtually ceded its sovereignty to the Church. What is happening around the world is the manner that a handful of people who have no loyalty to any nation are controlling world events. World War 1 and 2 were used to change national boundaries and if we look carefully we should notice how the new wars are being created to dissolve national boundaries and create corporate states and it is they who will govern and replace nations and their political leaders. David Cameron UK Prime Minister, used the Christian card to win the recent elections. Many other nations of Europe openly declare their Christian heritage but when it comes to non-Christian majority nations except Islam the immediate call is to use ‘multicultural liberal multi-faith’ slogans so that it would be easier for the Christian elements to penetrate and start controlling and influencing until such time they can change the demography as has happened in South Korea.
Wars have been about lust for power and money (often driven by religion) which provides the genesis for the CIA-UK created Wahhabi Muslims and a war on terror to enable Christian West soldiers to come to the rescue. This logic rarely appeals to the followers of both faiths due to their spiritual enslavement by worshipping an invisible entity and the other logic which does not make sense. Essentially no one needs to have a religion or be religious to lead an honest and compassionate life.
The excuse often used to cover these sins of the Christian West are ‘it all happened a long time ago’ but aren’t these crimes still continuing under different names?
With so many crimes that continue unabated does the Christian West have any moral right to be demanding accountability from countries when they are ignoring the millions killed by them in atrocious tortures designed by their religious institutions and committed by the leaders of their faiths? These sins need to be now brought into the open and justice must be served because their sins have never stopped and are being committed under new names!
