The knowledge about the MIND & THE BODY
NAMA- RUPA PARICHCHEDA GNANA
The First step to go beyond the time & the space
Suppose your name is “Peter” or “Mohamed. “Both of you, like everyone in this world, strongly believe that the person called “ Peter “ or “ Mohamed “live in this world & my name is Peter & my name is Mohamed.
Shall I ask one to show you?, they definitely show you because they see one is Peter & one is Mohamed from outside? You strongly believe that the figure or body (mass) of you is “Peter OR Mohamed”. So that you have an attachment to your body which is very strong & the bond strength can not explain in numbers. But what I want to tell you is, though you call “Peter” to your body, body is one thing, the name “Peter” is another. You can see the mind is separated from the body. 2 different things get together & form a MAN. BODY IS A SCARECROW & MIND LIVES IN INSIDE MOVING THE BODY.
Though I tell you this story, I know that you do not believe it until you see it. There is a way to see it that is Vipassana or SATARA SATIPATTANA meditation.
You go to a cool place & then start meditation & one day you will see what the body is & what the mind is. This is called the “NAMA RUPA PARICHCHEDA GNANA “OR THE KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE BODY & MIND.
This is the first step towards salvation.
Once you see it like seeing through your eyes, your whole thinking pattern &beliefs are going to get upside down. Now you can see the whole world is a relation of yours. You have had births other than humans. You have a raw of births & you have a SANSARIC life. You will see your mind from within moves your body. You feel your mental stresses in day today life are going down, because you know what the body & what the mind is now. Stress comes because you have a strong belief of “I ‘, “me” & “mine”. Now this belief is less. What you do, speak & think is changed now, because you know the reality. Your mental burden placed on your head is less now.
Now you know who “Peter” is.
Now you know who “Mohamed” is.
Shall we try to see what I said is right or wrong?
