Unite to defeat forces against SL – Sangha

The Maha Sangha led by the Mahanayaka Theras of the Malwatte and Asgiriya Chapters today called on all Sri Lankans to unite and oppose moves by local and foreign LTTE sympathisers who are planning to put forward proposals against Sri Lanka at the United Nations Human Rights sessions in Geneva.
Meanwhile, a satyagraha against the proposal to be forwarded at the United Nations Human Rights Sessions in Geneva by LTTE supporters tomorrow will be held at the Maha Maluwa of the Dalada Maligawa tomorrow at 8.30am.The satyagraha is organized by Central Province Governor Tikiri Kobbekaduwa and Chief Minister Sarath Ekanayake.
