THE MIND, THE WONDER OF UNIVERSE
In my previous lecture I explained you about the exact world and its appearance .Today I am going to explain you about the mind and its appearance furthermore. As I told you before, I said that the mind means the reflections of what you absorb from out, i.e. pictures, sounds, smells, tastes, tactile sensations and thoughts…………
To begin this talk, I must say the mind is the 6 reflections of 6 senses. One reflection at a time then another comes. Remember! 2 reflections never exist in one time.
Ex; if you have a picture in your mind, as long as you see it that reflection persists. Then when you hear a sound, the picture-reflection goes off, a reflection of a sound comes, so that you can hear the sound but you can not see the picture even though you look at it.
Likewise one reflection at a time, it goes on through uncountable births as humans, gods, Brahmas, asuras, preathers, animals, and so on. This row of reflections comes up and goes down to which the name given by Lord Buddha is called SANSARA, endless journey, nobody knows from where it starts, nobody knows from where it ends. Where ever you go you have reflections only, nothing more than that, you cannot grasp a reflection and keep it under you in an any way. What you are trying in life is a try for emptiness or a reflection.
Once you train your mind to see this happening, you will say that the world has a momentary eruption. Its not a permanent one, one-thought life span, i.e. the world you see actually remains only a billionth times of a second. That much of speedy formation and breakdown.
Another truth is that, up to now you may have thought that the world you see remains in outside, but now you can see the world or the formation of the world happens in inside.
These continuous and speedy eruptions or reflections one by one make you deluded or make you to believe that the world remains in out side and it is permanent.
Once you SEE this truth, you never love this world nor do you hate it. It’s a mere eruption and destruction.
Now your DESIRE to have more reflections from out (Earlier you grabbed the world thinking that the world is what you see and hear) is getting day by day reduced just because you see what the world is now.
Once you come to this position, your will to be a god, even Brahma is no more because you know that there also you have 6 reflections, so that you never love any place.
For the first time in long journey (Sansara), you develop a strong will to free or escape from these 6 senses or reflections.
This is what you need to see as a human, i.e. you find an occasion through which you can see a place where you do not have reflections at all. This place is beyond the TIME and SPACE. Where, your whole world comes to an end.
