Why should this kind of things happen in this country?

Is it because

1 The area where Ceylon Estate Workers’ live is already a part of India

2 India thinks the estate Tamils are their citizens though they live physically on Sri Lankan soil

3 They think Sri Lanka is a  suzerainty of India

4 India refuses to accept sovereignty of Sri Lankan over these parts of the country

5 India has already infiltrated the estate population to train them against the Sri Lankan State as it did in the past in the North and East to train LTTE youngsters to take arms against the Sri Lankan Government and

6 it is a part of another hidden strategy to destabilize this country by empowering a section of people of Indian origin who have displayed continuous and trustworthy allegiance to India, to rise against the Government of Sri Lanka and divide this country on ethnic grounds

7 They have come to the conclusion that Sri Lanka does not have a strong Government that can resist Indian interference or

8 They think it is their god given privilege in the Ramayana and Kautilyan traditions  to interfere with and bully all smaller neighboring countries to destabilize and weaken them with the ultimate objective of annexing to the larger Indian State

OR

On the other hand

1 The Sri Lanka Government has already handed over these areas secretly to India like how JR did in 1987 by signing a Pact with Rajiv, accepting North and East as traditional Homelands of Tamils and agreeing for the 13th Amendment, thereby reducing the Sri Lankan Constitution to a mere piece of paper that doesn’t worth a dime

2 Sri Lankan Government has already accepted its subservience to India and consider this country as a regional State of the subcontinent of India

3 Sri Lankan Government just keep mum on Indian interference in our internal governance as it is afraid of the Big Brother or consider it as a part of Yahapalana ideology invented by them

4 It has agreed with Modi to allow India to infiltrate Sri Lanka in any form she likes in return to the help given to ousted Rajapaksa Government and come to power

5 it is a part of the pre-election agreement with Digambaran as a part of the list of political bribes like, outright deeds on Sri Lankan lands, two or more Ministries for them, 25 Colleges with A Level Science teaching facilities, a rapid development package to be completed in 10 years under UNDP aid and a special Development Authority with super powers to develop the estate sector Indian Tamils

The Government of Ranil-Sirisena consortium has to answer the people of this country on these issues without delay or ask the Indian Embassy to withdraw this advertisement and offer it through the Government of Sri Lanka

In my opinion no foreign Government should be allowed to deal directly with the people of another country whether it be education or any other matter. The correct and civilized way to do this is to offer it to the respective country Government as a bilateral offer of friendship and goodwill, allowing the recipient country to decide as to who should be sent for these scholarships without specifically mentioning any selected group of people with ulterior motives

In this case India has clearly specified the people who can apply when it said Applications are invited from the children of estate workers, who are resident on estates” This clearly shows that there is a sinister Indian political agenda behind this offer. By including these specific conditions the Indian High Commission has completely ignored and disregarded the existence of  a Government in this country and acted in a very high handed manner just like what happened in 1987. This is undiplomatic, illegal, unethical and uncivilized

Therefore it is the bounden duty of the Government, if there is one, to tell the Indian Ambassador and the Government immediately to stop all further actions on this offer and either offer it to the Government or cancel it forthwith. Also thereafter it should tell the Government of India all bilateral dealings should be between the two Governments of the two countries only and it stop forthwith all direct dealing with estate Tamils or any other ethnic group in this country as such dealings are undiplomatic and illegal and will amount to blatant interference with governance in this country as an independent sovereign State.

If the Government fails to act accordingly the opposition parties and the general public should protest against this advertisement of the INDIAN HIGH COMMISSION and take up this issue immediately with the Government to prevent another protracted and devastative Tamil war against this country.

Also we must thank India for all the help” she has extended to destabilize this Island nation over the past and ask them at least now to stop this type of unwanted interference with this country.

If she is so concerned about them as her people, I strongly suggest that India takes back all Indians who are resident on estates in Sri Lanka. Why only think of children of estate workers without creating unnecessary problems for us. If they are genuine and sincere in helping these people that is what they have to do. Big brother India, please stops this type of treacherous and dirty Kautilyan tactics at least now. Isn’t it not a shame on the lofty Indian traditions and its great people like Lord Buddha, Mahatma Gandhi and Nehru to engage in this type of underhand and selfish conspiracies.
